Inspired by their last trip to Switzerland, Marielle and Joumana — our owners and Maîtres Chocolatiers — discovered caramel-based bonbons and decided to create their own version. Each piece is a soft chewy caramel topped with the finest cocoa powder.
Storage Instructions

Store your chocolates and confectioneries in a cool and dry place, preferably in an airtight container, away from light, with temperature controlled between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius and humidity reaching maximum 50%.
