Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy. All sales are final once the product has exited our facility.

This policy is in place to ensure food safety and quality control. As we cannot guarantee the condition of chocolate products once they leave our store and are handled by third-party carriers or stored by the customer, we are unable to accept any returns or offer exchanges.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of being placed. After this window, your order is processed and prepared for shipment, and no changes can be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packing our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@chocomum.com or at 0096176338735 with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit where applicable. Please note that any issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution due to the time-sensitive nature of our products.
