We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
Given that our products are handmade and perishable, slight variations in size, shape, or appearance may occur.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be changed.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within Lebanon using our own delivery system, and to the United Arab Emirates using DHL Express and UPS. Shipping times and fees vary based on location and delivery method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. All sales are final once the product leaves our facility.

All prices listed are in USD, and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
