We recommend that you place your order 2 weeks prior to your due date, and we require a 50% deposit of the total amount to confirm the order. The deposit can be made in cash or through OMT. (We will contact you once the order is placed for more information about the payment)
Our chocolate should be stored at room temperature, ideally between 18-23℃. In case of very hot temperatures, we recommend air conditioning. Our non-chocolate items should be stored in the airtight containers that we provide and refrigerated when not being served.
While we can supply the chocolate with an initial wrapping and provide certain wedding-related items, we are unable to customize decorations or do printed chocolate wraps.
Your order is packed with our “CHOCOMUM” stickers on the items or on the side depending on your preference.
